Invitation to join our Panel of Providers

WorkUP Queensland is offering new providers an opportunity to apply to become a part of our panel of providers (Panel) to supply the Domestic Family Violence, Sexual Violence and Women’s Health and Wellbeing sector with professional development services via an open tender process.

We invite new providers to apply to supply professional development services to WorkUP Queensland via a Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) Panel. A tender process is a fair and transparent way of allowing any new suppliers to apply for a position on the panel.

The Panel enables WorkUP Queensland to draw upon experts that provides the sector with professional development that is:

  • highly engaging and relevant to the contemporary environment content
  • designed to support sector collaboration
  • agile and timely
  • delivered by acknowledged experts
  • high-quality
  • value for money
  • responsive to sector needs
  • locally available
  • flexible and delivered through a range of channels
  • delivered in line with WorkUP Queensland’s learning principles

How to apply

To access the portal applicants will be required to register to view the SOA documents, access the questions and answer forum and submit their application. The SOA document outlines the objectives of the panel, an editable response, costing document and the Conditions of the SOA. Applicants must complete the information requested in the document and submit their application via the procurement portal. The tender closes at 5 pm Australian Eastern Standard time on Friday, 3 November 2023.

Any queries, about the SOA, can be lodged on the procurement portal, responses will be provided within twenty-four (24) hours. Questions will be published on the portal’s Question and Answer Forum for the benefit of all who are expressing an interest in providing services.

Should you submit a response to the SOA, you are deemed to have examined all relevant information and responded accordingly. Please note acceptance on the Panel of Providers (Professional Development Services) is not complete until both parties have executed a Deed of Standing Offer.
